I encourage open communication about what methods work best for them. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples or their personal interests. Regular updates help parents stay informed and reinforce learning at home. Seeing a student's confidence grow is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I hold a graduate degree and am comfortable tutoring high school, adult, and college students in special education and study skills. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
