About Claire

Hi! I'm Claire, and I bring joy, care, and responsibility to my work. With an artistic background, I can ensure a creativity driven experience for your kids. I have over 3 years of experience working with 3-12-year-olds individually and in a classroom setting. I'm looking forward to connecting with you and your child! I'd describe my personality as sociable, empathetic, and resourceful. I love learning about the world through the lens of young people. It keeps me in touch with my own inner-child and ability to be in a state of play. I started working with kids as a babysitter when I was in my young teens. On top of occasional child care, I've spent the past three years teaching creative moment and ballet in private studio and after-school care settings! I'm a dance artist who teaches and performs. This means that I require some flexibility in scheduling and I would love to incorporate movement into my time with your kids whether it's a kitchen dance party or an informal lesson.
