About Ciara

Hi! My name is Ciara, I have been working in childcare for the past 8 years now. I have experience as both a nanny, and working in childcare's centers. I have spent the majority of my career working in centers, and specializing in ages ranging from 8 months to 3 years. I have worked both as a lead and co-teacher in the classroom setting, and enjoy lesson planning and coming up with creative and colorful crafts for the kids! I love being outside, and get my class out as much a possible, we even enjoy doing picnics outside! When it comes to parents, I really value honesty and transparent communication. The child's best interest is always my first priority, and strong communication is my biggest goal! I am currently at a childcare center, but am considering make a transition back into nannying, for a change of pace and a better work environment.
