About Maddie

A little about me; I've been working with children of all ages in different ways for as long as I can remember. My mom was a preschool teacher for 23 years and she has been a huge inspiration to me! I've known that I was meant to work with children in some type of way since I was very young. I've learned a lot about how to speak to kids of all different ages and I've learned a lot of techniques to help with some of those terrible toddler tendencies too but I'm always learning just being around kids. I think I'm good with kids because I like to have fun but I'm also able to set boundaries and be firm. I'm would also consider myself a pretty organized and clean person but I'm not afraid to get messy having some fun! I love seeing how kids view the world, they say the funniest stuff. I made a book for the family I nannied for before I moved here of some of my favorite "Livia-isms" as I called them. I look forward to hearing more about you and your family!
