About Cindy

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Cindy as a part of our family. She is everything you could hope for in a caregiver—patient, energetic, kind, and truly exceptional in every way. She has been with our family for 5 years. She started watching our first daughter when she was 6 months old and now also cares for our 3 year old daughter who has a physical disability. From day one, she formed strong, loving bonds with our kids and quickly became someone they trusted, looked up to, and were genuinely excited to spend time with. What makes her truly special is her ability to see each child as an individual. She tailors her approach and activities to match their unique personalities, interests, and needs—something that brought out the best in each of our kids. She filled our days with joy and adventure, regularly taking the kids on enriching outings to story time at the library, local parks, the zoo, and beyond. These experiences weren't just fun—they were thoughtfully chosen to spark curiosity, learning, and imagination. She creates a warm, stimulating environment where our children felt safe, understood, and inspired. Beyond her creativity and attentiveness, she is reliable, communicative, and an all-around wonderful presence in our home. We truly love her and wish we could keep her forever. It’s only because she’s moving that we have to say goodbye—and we will miss her more than words can say. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have Cindy in their lives. She is a unicorn in the caregiver world, and we can’t recommend her highly enough.
