I've remained on this app to be available to families for private childcare per diem support and/or contract positions, and families tend to find me for their newborns and babies as their first child caregiver because of my background and ability to support the family's needs during this time of transition. For example, given my background and training I can help families identify their needs, build schedules, provide mom and baby support as requested, and introduce households to the many ways a professional caregiver can be of the most/best support for them! We feel so lucky to have had Ciera with our family for two months. From the very beginning, she brought such warmth, intention, and genuine love to her time with our little one. She helped us navigate wake windows and early sleep routines with so much care, and she was beautifully attentive to every nap, every cue, every tiny shift in our baby’s needs. During wake times she was fully present playing, engaging, and helping our little one feel safe and delighted. Ciera is a gem! Highly recommend!
