I've remained on this app to be available to families for private childcare per diem support and/or contract positions, and families tend to find me for their newborns and babies as their first child caregiver because of my background and ability to support the family's needs during this time of transition. For example, given my background and training I can help families identify their needs, build schedules, provide mom and baby support as requested, and introduce households to the many ways a professional caregiver can be of the most/best support for them! (Often this includes pieces of domestic tasks, pet care, mind and body wellness, integrative nutrition, and environmental medicine.) We struck gold when we found Ciera. As a first time mom going back to work I never doubted that my daughter was in good hands (which as you know moms, is a huge relief). Over the year and a half that Ciera worked for us, not only did she take the utmost care of our daughter, she was always on time, flexible and always communicated throughout the day. She instilled such good habits in our daughter and kept her active and learning every day. She truly helped our daughter grow and develop as a person. My daughter loves her and so do we! We would have kept her forever if we could! To say we highly recommend Ciera is an understatement!
