About Adriana

Hi families! My name is Adriana! Currently, I work part-time as a Behavioral Health Social Worker in a hospital. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work and have previous babysitting experience from my college years. I'm also a proud aunt to twin nieces, which has deepened my love for working with children and my appreciation for their unique developmental needs. My background in social work has given me knowledge of childhood development, developmental milestones, and age-appropriate support. I'm patient, compassionate, and skilled in crisis de-escalation and emotional regulation. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, heard, and supported.
