About Christy

Hello, I am a dedicated childcare professional with over 22 years of experience as a daycare teacher and, for the past three years, as a loving nanny for a family in Fox Chapel. I truly enjoy creating meaningful days for children--whether that's exploring local parks, attending library programs, or engaging in hands-on learning activities and art projects. My primary expertise is with toddlers, but I also have experience caring for infants through teenagers. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I hold FBI, child abuse, and driving record clearances. In addition, I have completed numerous professional development trainings through Penn State's Better Kid Care program. In my current role, I also provide light household support, including children's laundry, dishwasher duties, and general tidying.
