Empowering students to develop confidence and attribute value to their work, at every stage, is at the heart of my practice. My tutoring philosophy takes a student-centered approach that prioritizes your students's needs through flexibility and adaptability, creating a supportive, engaging, and safe environment for learning. With a bachelor's degree in English and as a current master's student at Boston College, I specialize in English studies, test preparation, study skills, and essay writing for middle school, high school, and college students. My most recent tutoring work, through Boston College, has given me the opportunity to work with student writers in a close capacity to build portable and foundational skills that will benefit them throughout their studies and future professional endeavors. Whether we meet at your home, a library, or online, I am dedicated to helping foster a love of learning that lasts well beyond the classroom.
