About Chloe

I'm a caring, dependable, patient, and energetic caregiver who truly enjoys working with children. I currently work full-time as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), primarily supporting young children with autism and other developmental needs. I'm also in college working toward my goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). My experience has taught me patience, communication, consistency, and the importance of creating a safe and positive environment. I enjoy arts and crafts, educational activities, imaginative play, games, and outdoor fun. I'm also comfortable helping with homework, preparing simple meals/snacks, and following family and bedtime routines. I work full-time Monday-Friday, so weekday flexibility can be limited, but my weekends are more open. When I accept a babysitting job, I commit 100%.
