Hi families! My name is Quiana, and I'm a caring, dependable, and patient individual who enjoys helping families create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for their children. I currently work full-time in an administrative role, where organization, communication, responsibility, and attention to detail are part of my everyday routine. I bring those same qualities into helping families with their childcare needs. I'm interested in babysitting, mother's helper opportunities, and occasional childcare. I'm also happy to assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, homework, and keeping children engaged with fun, age-appropriate activities.
