Hi! I'm Chisolm, an experienced childcare professional who loves creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments where children feel supported and encouraged to grow. I've cared for children from infancy through adolescence, including children with developmental and special needs, and have experience in both private-family and live-in nanny settings. I enjoy incorporating learning, creativity, and age-appropriate activities into everyday routines, from educational outings and crafts to playdates and hands-on learning. I'm organized, dependable, attentive, and comfortable managing schedules, transportation, meals, and household responsibilities. I also serve as a volunteer Program Director for children's ministry, overseeing children's programming, lesson planning, safety protocols, volunteers, and family communication.
