Natalie was absolutely incredible! She arrived right on time, was extremely reliable and communicated so well throughout the day. She even shared her location while taking my son to the park and sent me thoughtful updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. She was warm, attentive and wonderful with my son from start to finish. I would hire her again and again without hesitation and highly recommend her to any family looking for someone trustworthy, caring and dependable.
