Hi! I'm C (they/them). I'm a Montessori-aligned caregiver with 13 years of experience working with children as a nanny, teacher, and school administrator. I'm deeply committed to providing childcare that's warm, joyful, regulated and consistent. I love teaching practical life skills, encouraging exploration, and building up self-love. I'm a clear, warm communicator and I'm excited to be a thought-partner with families. I have a lot of experience with large batch cooking, meal prep, grocery shopping, navigating allergies, etc. I'd be excited to share these skills with a family who needs kitchen help in addition to childcare. Household management: I would love to support families through streamlining household systems. I'm happy to help with tasks such as cleaning, organizing, managing appointments, etc.
