About Lauryn

Hi, I'm Lauryn! I've worked in childcare since I was a teenager and have 2+ years of professional nanny experience, including caring for a 6-month-old and a 4-year-old. I continue to work with this family monthly and have built strong, trusted relationships with other families who are happy to provide references. In addition to childcare, I'm comfortable with cooking, cleaning, laundry, transportation, and other household management tasks. I currently work in marketing but miss the work I did as a nanny! I am pursuing my own freelance social media management work though in addition to nannying. I also coach middle school cheerleading and love being active. I'm dependable, nurturing, don't smoke, and have a reliable car. I like working with kids because I think nurturing child-like wonder and curiosity is the most important job in the world. If more adults kept that quality, the world would be a better place. I would love to chat more to see if I'd be a good fit for your family!
