I bring a thoughtful, creative, & design-minded approach to childcare. My background is in architecture and design project management, where I developed a strong sense of structure, organization, & creativity, skills that translate beautifully into nurturing & engaging environments for children. My professional work evolved alongside a growing personal passion for early childhood care, family support, & holistic wellbeing. I've expanded my experience through doula and early-development training, focusing on compassionate, attentive, & emotionally supportive care for families. My approach with children is hands-on, warm, & imaginative. I love encouraging curiosity through creative play, art, & exploration. I value routines that feel both structured & flexible, creating a safe space where children can express themselves, learn, & thrive. I'm also love supporting household organization, preparing healthy meals, & helping with transitions(bedtime routines, school mornings, travel, etc)
