I'm excited you are considering me to care for your loved one. I hold a B. A. in English & Museum Studies and have 15+ years of experience in senior healthcare in both administrative and direct caregiving roles. I have worked in a 100-bed senior community as a caregiver and med tech, assisting with ADLs, transfers, medication administration, meal services, and daily companionship. I currently provide private care for a 91-year-old woman with Parkinson's and cognitive/memory loss, supporting her with personal care, mobility, medication reminders, meal prep, and meaningful engagement. I am also working in a large senior community in the memory care unit, giving me daily hands-on experience with dementia and Alzheimer's support. I am a certified Home Health Aide and CPR certified.
