I'm skilled in home health, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, shopping, transportation, hospice services, and medical management. I'm CPR and First Aid trained. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and personal history. When caring for individuals with memory care needs, I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention. I communicate with families through regular updates, following their preferred method. I am patient, friendly, and always approach my work with empathy.
