I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I hold a Master degree in education and First Aid certifications. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I speak four languages, Arabic, French, Spanish, and English and and can accommodate your needs. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Earning your trust is my priority.
