With eight years dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, I'm passionate about promoting well-being and independence. Previous roles have shown me the positive impact I can make in someone's life. I'm a Certified Home Health Aide, and I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I provide respite care, hospice services, and home health support. I also assist with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility. I'm experienced in dementia care, including de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I prioritize earning trust when building connections and communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method.
