This past year I worked at an early childhood learning center with children ages 15mo-5yr. I found that fostering an environment of learning helped children explore and safely have fun! The year before I worked in an elementary school with kindergartners and 1st graders as a reading interventionist. It was amazing seeing the growth children can make when given the proper tools to succeed. I am currently in graduate school earning my MA in Mental Health Counseling and I hope to work with children and adolescents in the future. I recently started my internship for this program at a residential facility for adolescents age 12-18. I would love to continue working with younger children while completing my internship and look forward to hearing from you!
