About Catherine

I am a child carer, teacher, hiker, musician, adventurer, wanna-be visual artist, avid reader, and yogi. I am currently employed by 3 different families in Chittenden Co, spanning the ages of 3-9 y. o. and including caring for a child with special needs. I also teach private music lessons. In 2024, I worked for 1 year as a nanny for a family in Cambridge, England, while pursuing an MA degree in TESOL/Applied Linguistics. Previous experience includes 11 years of teaching music in the public schools in VT (all ages). I absolutely love working with kids and know how important it is to find quality childcare. I am interested in one-time babysitting opportunities or potentially finding a more permanent opportunity closer to home (Burlington) if something feels like a good fit.
