About Cassandra

Presently, I care for a child who is non-verbal and uses a wheelchair. I'm part of a care team that has helped him learn how to start pulling himself up off the floor, eliminate on the toilet and communicate with head gestures. I also provide care for an adult female who, prior to my arrival, rarely left her apartment for 3 years. I take her shopping at her favorite stores, purchase food she enjoys and assist with scheduling and driving her to doctor's appointments, many of which she has missed for years. I am reliable, positive, compassionate and hard-working. I enjoy the opportunity to provide a service that aids people in living a more enjoyable and fulfilled life. In my prior role as a professional organizer, I met many clients who were apprehensive, embarrassed or ashamed. I've found a kind demeanor and good sense of humor goes a long way to put people at ease.
