I have 30 years of work with Infants, I have worked in childcare centers and now I do Nanny share, I have been doing this for 6 years. My responsibility is making sure that the babies have a fun and safe environment I work on Child Development goals and we do art and sensory activities, I changed diapers, feeding bottles or food and we play inside and outside. I had up to 3 Infants ages 2 months and they stayed with me until they were 2 yrs old. what I am looking for is just to take care of babies,

Carrie was a godsend to our entire family. She was an exceptional caretaker of our two young boys but also due to her wealth of experience with newborns and toddlers, she supported us as new parents through the many stages of development. Any family would be lucky to have Carrie care for their babies and welcome her into their family!  

Carrie is family. She looked after my three children when they were 3 months old to about 21 months old each. Carrie is dependable, communicative, and kind. She was so helpful to me as a new mom navigating transitions like when to add more ounces to a bottle and when to change a nap schedule. My kids were loved, stimulated, and treated with care every single day. Even at such a young age, Carrie would take into consideration the interests of my children and create art/music/lessons around those interests. She was the first to notice when something was off with one of them, and always let me know how what their demeanor was like each day. She takes her work seriously and loves caring for these kids. I am so grateful for the 6 years we had with Carrie!

Carrie is simply wonderful with babies and toddlers. She cared for our 4 month old daughter until she was 1.5 years old and ready to start preschool. She truly loved our baby like her own. She goes above and beyond creating a safe space for the children and does fun activities like art projects for the holidays, time outside, and exposure to music. She advised us when our baby was ready to try new foods and anticipated helping her achieve important milestones.  She was truly a gift to our family and is an expert on caring for babies and toddlers. Anyone would be lucky to have Carrie watch their little one!

We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Carrie! She cared for our kids from about 6 months old to about 18 months old with so much patience, kindness, and enthusiasm. She was always great about providing daily updates and photos.
As first-time parents, we especially appreciated her guidance through developmental milestones, like transitioning from bottles to sippy cups. She kept the kids engaged with fun developmental activities, like sponge painting, pipe-cleaner pulling, and sensory bags, as well as reading and singing songs every day. Carrie is dependable, caring, and truly invested in the children she cares for. We highly recommend her to any family looking for an exceptional nanny!

Carrie was our nanny in a nanny pod setting with four babies, and she gave each child, including our son C. , such attentive and loving care. C. started with Carrie at just 3 months old, and he&#39;s only leaving now at 12 months because he&#39;s headed to school, a real testament to how much we trusted her with him.
From day one, Carrie helped ease our nerves as first-time nanny parents. She was reliable, patient, and endlessly nurturing, and it showed in how quickly C. adored her. Carrie is also a true sleep whisperer. C.  never slept better than he did under her care, and her calm, intuitive approach to naps and bedtime made a huge difference for our whole family.
What stood out most was how Carrie grew and adapted alongside C. as he developed. She introduced fun, age-appropriate art projects as he got older and thoughtfully guided him through baby-led weaning, always meeting him exactly where he was developmentally.
Carrie brought so much warmth, skill, and consistency to our son&#39;s first year of life, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had her. Any family would be fortunate to have her care for their children.

We have absolutely loved having Carrie as our nanny. She has cared for our son since he was just a few months old, and it has been such a gift to know he is with someone who is so loving, dependable, and attentive every day.

Carrie is incredibly patient, calm, and intuitive with babies. She genuinely enjoys getting down on the floor to play, read books, sing songs, go on walks, and keep little ones engaged throughout the day. She has been wonderful about encouraging our son's development while also being so affectionate and nurturing with him. He lights up when he sees her each morning, which says everything.

She has also been an amazing communicator. She always kept us updated on naps, bottles, meals, and milestones, and we always felt informed and confident that he was in great hands. Carrie is punctual, reliable, and consistently thoughtful in everything she does.

As part of our nanny share, she did a fantastic job balancing the needs of multiple babies with so much patience and care. She made sure each child received individual attention while creating such a happy, calm environment for both of them.

We truly couldn't have asked for a better first nanny for our family. We are so grateful for the love and care she has given our son, and we would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for someone trustworthy, experienced, and genuinely wonderful with children.
