About Kaitlyn

Hi, my name is Kaitlyn. I have been caring for children full-time as a career nanny for nearly 4 years and have been babysitting for 10. I'm seeking a full-time nanny position as my current contract with a baby girl ends in mid-August. I have experience with infants (starting at 2 months), toddlers, infant and toddler twins, and caring for multiple children of varying ages. My goal is to support each family's parenting style while creating a safe, patient, and respectful environment where children can grow, reach developmental milestones, learn to process emotions, collaborate with others, and use baby sign to communicate. I've completed early childhood education classes at ACC and hold certifications in CPR/First Aid, Safe Sleep/SIDS, and Shaken Baby Syndrome.
