I have taken care of a few elderly people, both male and female. I also took care of an elderly lady who was on Hospice with a team of other caregivers. I took care of my fiancé on Hospice 24/7 for 1 week before he died. I took care of my mom 24/7 for 3 months before she died on Hospice. I did various things. Medication dispensing, light meal preparation, mostly heating food up or Meals on Wheels. Light housekeeping, laundry, transportation to medical appointments, and just making sure they were comfortable. Helping them in the bathroom and some help with showers. I also kept them company or companionship to help them through their day or days. I would also run errands such as going to the grocery store.
