Hello! I am a Mom to 9, and Grandma to 10. I've always been drawn to the elderly, and I've spent a great deal of time with both of my Grandmothers over the years and took care of each of them toward the end of their lives. As my children were growing up we "adopted" Grandma's at nursing homes and visited them frequently. I very much enjoy my time spent with elders. I was a stay at home Mom for 30 years and I've spent the last 10+ years formally working with many clients, 4 yrs with an agencies and approximately 6 years on my own. I have experience with dementia, stroke patients and wheelchair bound, transfers with a Sit to Stand, home and personal care, running errands, light housekeeping, handling doctors visits and scheduling appointments, hospice situations and med reminders. I provide dependable, patient and respectful care... I love to listen and to laugh. I can provide excellent references. I take care of your loved ones as though they are my own.
