I am a mother with 3 grown children and am a grandmother to three adorable granddaughters. I have been a nurse for 32 years and moved to California with my husband for his work July of 2016. We live in the Columbia district, and I walk everywhere. I am very energetic and love caring for children. I worked in labor and delivery for 22 years and then in an OB/GYN office for 6 years. I have experience with all ages of children, as I have successfully raised 3 of my own and worked with newborns in the hospital. I am looking for part time work as I do travel with my husband occasionally for his work and to visit our family. I am also available to help with light housework, laundry, meals, pets, and as a caregiver or companion care. I have nannied for 3 families consistently and a couple more occasionally over the past 3 years.

The best nanny we ever had! Candie cared for our little one for over 2 weeks while we visited San Diego and left us out of words. She is such a good person and such a professional, warm, and knowledgeable nanny. Our son fell in love with her instantly (it was mutual!) and we had all the confidence in the world that he is in the great hands while we work all day. The only problem we had with her is that we couldn't take her with us back to San Francisco ;) THANK YOU Candie, you are simply amazing!
