I've worked with children as young as 6 months old and as old as 13 years old. Emma has been a fantastic asset to our family. I genuinely don't know if I would trust anyone else to watch my baby. She has babysat for my newborn on multiple occasions since she was about 1 month old. Emma's communication has always been clear, concise, and timely. If I want an update on my baby she happily sends them over. And she is honest about their time together. My baby has some extreme separation anxiety and Emma has handled her with grace and expertise. Not many people who can happily handle a baby who's known to cry for several hours if she's missing her parents. She knows exactly how to care for her basic needs, play and distract in a no screens environment. We love Emma and will hopefully continue to use her again and again.
