Lorena was a wonderful nanny to our 2 year old - teaching him patience, how to deal with new emotions, self play, etc. She comes with vast knowledge on health and eating which is a welcome to all busy parents! She is good with being lighthearted and fun when a toddler is emotionally charged. She was also a nanny to our 5 month old daughter. Our reason for not having a 5 star review is: i) She's better with older kids than with infants ii) She's better with one kid than two, iii) Breached contract with less than a 2 week notice iv) challenge multitasking and iv) Our work ethic expectations didn't match. We've worked with several nannies before and believe in being able to take rest but found the rigidity impacting our work calendars. She would be a wonderful nanny for the right family depending on their circumstances and we wish her the best!
