About Caitlin

I'd describe my personality as kind, patient, and creative. I like working with kids because I love the inquisitive and whimsical way they see the world. It's also a rewarding experience to care for a child, helping them to learn and grow. I'm looking for a job that makes me feel fulfilled and like I'm making a difference in people's lives. Since I'm a full-time student, it would be ideal to have a job where I can create a schedule that works for me. I started working with kids when I was 13 and began babysitting for families in my neighborhood and family friends. In my spare time, I like to garden, cook, read, and play tennis. One thing you should know about me is I'm extremely dedicated to ensuring the welfare and safety of children under my care while creating a fun and comfortable environment. My skills include maintaining calmness under pressure, positive behavior guidance, and play-based learning.
