Hi, my name is Brooke, and I am 23 years old. I am seeking a full-time/ heavy part time nannying position as I to relocate from Virginia Beach to Richmond in april/may. My experience in childcare began 10 years ago when I began working at a summer camp for individuals with autism. I was employed there for six weeks each summer for a total of eight years, working with individuals of various ages and abilities (anywhere from 3-20 y/o). I transitioned into full-time nannying for a 10 year child with autism for three years. This past year I worked as a nanny for a 5 and 3-year-old, along with their new born baby. I graduated in May of 2025 from JMU with a Bachelors of Science degree in Special Education, certified in both adapted and general education curricula (k-12). I am currently getting my masters in assistive technology at George mason (online so won't interfere). I pride myself on being a reliable and trustworthy employee. This line of work has always been a huge passion of mine!
