I have been an NA for about 10 years and M A for 2 years I have experience with adults and children with special needs Hospice Care Alzheimer's and other significant illnesses. During the time I have cared for adults with special needs they have had significant illnesses such as Asperger's, lung disease, asthma immunodeficiency wound care, Tourette syndrome and autism. Also I have cared for children with special needs who was on hospice care who has been blind who has had cancer and other significant illnesses such as brain disease, heart disease, cardiac inflammatory , short gut syndrome , who has had ostomy care was non-verbal and non-ambulatory. Another service that I have provided with seniors has been adl's meal preparation bed baths grocery shopping.
