About Bridget

I am very blessed to have five wonderful children, ages 35-21, and three beautiful grandchildren. As a single parent, I ran an in-home daycare to earn a living. Providing a safe, fun, and healthy environment for families to be able to go to work and know that their children were in good hands. As my children grew up, and were in school full-time, I was interested in working outside of the home and was drawn towards working in the senior care community. My first experience outside of daycare was as a bus driver for PACE Para Transit, working with the. elderly and handicapped adults. From there I chose to pursue a path working with the elderly. I worked for the next 11 years with a Senior living community. I started out as a driver, and then after four years, I was promoted into the activity dept. For the last seven years I ran a wide variety of activities, cooking, crafts, trivia, singing, and games, with in the assisted living community, specializing in memory care.
