About Brianna

I have experience working in ABA supporting children with autism and other learning disabilities. I am patient, calm, and focused on creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment where children feel encouraged and cared for. I enjoy helping with homework, after-school care, and daily routines. I started working with children at 18 as a babysitter, and at 19 I became a behavior technician in ABA. I am the oldest of 18 cousins and often helped care for my younger cousins growing up, which sparked my passion for childcare. I am looking for a childcare position supporting families with after-school care, routines, and light household tasks. I value clear communication and building trusting relationships and am open to part-time or occasional work. In my free time, I enjoy walking and hiking with my German Shepherd. My skills include behavioral support experience, patience, and structure building.
