About Ashley

I've spent over 24 years working with kids and families, from infants through the teen years, including children who are neurodivergent or have special needs. I hold dual bachelor's degrees in Child Development and Family Life Education, and my background includes work as an early childhood teacher and behavioral specialist, several years as a preschool teacher, and a stint teaching child development in New Zealand, so early childhood and behavior support are really my specialties. I bring a calm, patient, and structured approach to childcare, and I love creating a safe, engaging environment where kids feel comfortable and cared for. Whether it's nap time routines, homework help, or just being a steady, fun presence while you're away, I'd love to care for your little ones!
