About Alexis

Hello, I'm Alexis but I prefer Angel. I am a graduate student earning my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy with years of experience in child development classes, babysitting, and ABA therapy. I had achieved my BCAT (Board Certified Autism Technician) and was a BT. I am not an active BCAT. I have supported children from infant to teen, including those with special needs and behavioral challenges. I've worked in schools, homes, and daycares (including New Directions for Women) and was a teacher's assistant for three semesters in a Child Development class. I love creating fun, engaging activities like pretend play, games, and outdoor adventures. As the oldest of three siblings, caregiving comes naturally to me. My approach is nurturing, child-led play, and focused on helping kids feel safe, confident, and understood. For security reasons, I use a work phone number and not my cell phone.
