About Isabela

Originally from Brazil, I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology, where I developed expertise in child development, behavioral management, and emotional well-being. With over 10 years of experience caring for and supporting children and families, I have worked with children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers, including experience caring for multiple children at once, as well as adults with special needs and elderly individuals. Through these experiences, I have become confident in managing the demands of busy households. In school environments, I worked as a teacher's assistant and tutor for children with special needs, including those with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and ODD. My background in psychology also led me to work in mental health counseling, where I assisted with children's therapy groups. I am organized, patient, and proactive, able to anticipate needs, remain flexible, and maintain a calm presence in fast-paced environments.
