Jersi cared for our two daughters (ages 7 months and 19 months) over the course of three months, and we were consistently impressed by her warm, attentive, and professional approach. She took initiative in both childcare and household upkeep, keeping our home clean and organized, while also respecting and adapting to our parenting style. Jersi communicated clearly and kindly, and was always flexible and willing to help when we needed extra support. Our daughters were very fond of her, and she was able to connect with each of them on a personal level. We made the decision to enroll our children in school, but if that weren’t the case, we would have been happy to continue working with Jersi.
