S., caring for children ranging from 2. 5 to 12 years old, as well as experience with infants. In addition, I volunteered at schools in Mexico and worked as an English teacher's assistant, which gave me valuable experience supporting children's development and learning in both structured and playful environments. I wholeheartedly recommend Alondra (Alo) as an outstanding nanny. Alo is by far the most amazing nanny we've ever had. She is loving and caring and a true professional. She takes her role seriously, is extremely reliable and was never late. Alo started working with our family when my sons were 2.5 and 5. She's a natural with kids - you can tell she genuinely loves children. She’s playful and creative (and a wonderful artist too!), but also took such sweet care of them when they were sad or sick. It felt like having a trusted family member taking care of our children. She was able to juggle complicated children’s schedules with ease and was very proactive at managing their needs. And she’s also super safety conscious - we trusted her 1000% to drive our children and keep them safe (and we’re very nervous about safety stuff!) Alo was always willing to honor our wishes around the things we cared about - like sleep schedules, daily sunscreen, screentime, snacks etc. which meant a lot to us. Alo will always be a special part of our family but we’re excited for her to find a new family as amazing as she is.
