Hi! I'm Shelby, a caring and dependable childcare professional with 4+ years of experience working with children. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I support children with their behavioral, developmental, and emotional needs. My RBT experience has taught me to be patient, attentive, adaptable, and intentional in the way I care for each child. I love creating fun, engaging days through play, crafts, outdoor activities, reading, and age-appropriate learning. I'm happy to help with meals, homework, routines, transportation, bedtime, and light child-related tidying. Most importantly, I want every child I care for to feel safe, supported, and understood.
