What I Offer: • Companionship & Mental Engagement - friendly conversation, games, reading, and activities that stimulate the mind. • Medication Management - staying on top of schedules, organizing doses, and administering oral medications as prescribed. • Meal Preparation - planning and preparing nutritious meals suited to individual needs. • Light Household Support - tidying, light organization, and assistance with simple daily tasks. I do not provide heavy lifting, bathing, or transportation. My priority is to offer respectful care, reliability, and emotional support so seniors can feel comfortable, safe, and valued each day.
