About Bongeka

I have been a university lecturer at Indiana University. I have extensive teaching experience and a strong interest in transitioning into private tutoring and education within a family setting. I am interested in roles that combine academic tutoring, homeschooling, mentoring and educational travel. As an educator and a mother, I am comfortable supporting children both academically and in their broader development. I am adaptable, culturally aware and experienced in working across different educational environments. I would be happy to undertake additional professional training, including CPR, first aid and other qualifications relevant to private tutoring and childcare. I am preparing carefully for this career transition and hope to work with a family where I can provide individualized academic support while creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences for their children.
