About Beth

Hello, I've worked with children since childhood, having babysat infants, toddlers, and school age. I continued babysitting while raising my children. Neighbors children and worked at In Home Childcare and Montessori observing curiosity in each child. My primary care is infants and toddlers. I'm calming and easygoing, building trust most importantly, safety. I use affirmation constructively to manage behaviors with knowledge of the parents' wishes. I work in a routine of the basics, feeding, play time, and bathing. With indoor/outdoor time, music/singing, dancing, reading, coloring, arts and crafts, floor play, and a variety of outside adventures scooting toys, riding, exploring, and water/snow play, organizing time well. To the best of my ability, I adapt to the parents formulating consistency for the child(ren) with loving kindness.
