About Bernadette

I am currently working on my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. I have worked in a daycare for 6 years. I am well versed in first aid, CPR, and supervising children. I'd describe my personality as laid-back, bubbly, and kind. I like working with kids because every experience speaking to a child is unique and interesting. Children are chock full of curiosity and kindness. I enjoy providing engaging, educational, and fun experiences for kids to enjoy whenever I'm needed. We learn from children just as much as they learn from us. I'm looking for a job that is close to home and creates new friendships. I started working with kids when I got a job as a daycare attendant at a YMCA when I was 16. I worked there until I was 21. In my spare time, I like to go for walks around Moss Rock, take my dogs to Red Mountain dog park, or read by my pool at home. One thing you should know about me is I'm open minded. My skills include strong communication, patience, and energetic.
