Hi there! My name is Beka! I am CPR certified, have an associates in early childhood psychology (working on my bachelors as I'd like to become a social worker!), have been studying ASL for 6 years, and have two kiddos of my own. I am also well versed in caring for children on the spectrum as both my children are, and I grew up with a younger sister who is as well. I have been working with kids for as long as I can remember! I began working as a counselor for camps at 13 (kids aged 2-8). At 14, I began babysitting part time (I worked with children ages 6 months to 10 years!). At 15, I began working on college courses and maintained part time babysitting jobs. I then had a little girl of my own! At 18, I began nannying for a family of two children, and have maintained a role as a nanny/babysitter ever since! I do also have my own car and have never smoked. As a single dad I do my best but it’s hard to work and raise 3 kids alone. I tried various Nannies and quite honestly…the interviewed well but that’s where it stopped. Beka was my last attempt. She has lived up to the expectations I set. She is always on time, great communicator, flexible, focused on the kids and most of all….they love her. I found Beka through a friend and now that school has started, I asked her if there is a way I could help her fill her schedule, she asked if I was willing to write a review. It was my pleasure. If you are fortunate to hire her…..DO IT!!! For both you are doing yourself and your kids.
