I've worked for Primrose School (which are newborns up to 6 yrs old) along with families form Care. com, not to mention I have two of my own 16 and 8. Plus I have been babysitting, nannying, teaching, training, and counseling kids since before I was in College studying to perfect the craft of Early Childhood Education! :) So I do have the experience hands down.
