About Avery Claire

Hey parents! My name is Avery, and I'd love the opportunity to get to know your family and help make your day-to-day lives a little easier! I have over 4 years of paid babysitting and nannying experience, along with 18+ months of experience in an organized childcare setting. My approach to childcare is hands-on and intentional. I believe some of the most meaningful learning opportunities come from everyday experiences, whether that's exploring outside, getting creative, working through emotions, or encouraging curiosity through play. I love helping children build confidence, independence, and new skills while having fun! I'd describe myself as nurturing, patient, creative, and pretty easygoing! I love being silly and connecting with children on their level, while also valuing consistency, communication, and a positive environment. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each child's unique personality and building meaningful relationships with families.
