About Ava

Hi! I'm Ava and over the years I've had the opportunity to work with kids in a variety of settings including schools, summer programs, and residential youth services. Most recently, I've been working in a special education classroom supporting students with disabilities in grades 3-5. I love helping children build confidence, learn new skills, and navigate challenges in a positive and supportive way. What I enjoy most about childcare is getting to know each child's unique personality and interests. Whether we're doing arts and crafts, playing outside, reading books, or just having fun together, I strive to create a safe, engaging, and caring environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. Families would describe me as reliable, compassionate, and easy to communicate with. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your child and I take that responsibility very seriously. I look forward to connecting with your family!
