About Ava

Hi there! I'm Ava, and I am a student at the University of Washington studying Speech and Hearing Sciences. I have always adored working with children. This summer I am in search for part time work and am looking forward to meeting new families who are in need! I have worked with kids from ages 6 months to 12 and have experience caring for up to 3 children at once. I have my drivers license and am CPR certified. I'd describe my personality as creative, bubbly, and compassionate. I like working with kids because it brings me so much joy making them happy and seeing them grow. I'm looking for a job that has a welcoming environment and flexible schedules. I started working with kids when I was in middle school as my first job. In my spare time, I like to read, draw, spend time with family, and play guitar! One thing you should know about me is that I am a very passionate person. My skills include being a great communicator, being able to resolve conflict, and having patience.
